The design, code, logos, animations, copy, graphics, database structures, and all software components of Autokryx websites and platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Autokryx Technologies Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code, or create derivative works of our platforms without express written consent from Autokryx.

6. Platform Status and Maintenance

While we strive to maintain high-throughput and zero-friction operations, Autokryx does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any platform or product vertical at our discretion with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Autokryx Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, or technology partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your access to or use of our platforms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
